Thank you for your purchase. Please review our returns policy carefully before completing your order.

We do not accept exchanges for any products. All items are considered final sale unless they are defective.

Defective Products Only

Returns are accepted only in the case of defective items. A defective product is one that arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing flaw.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return due to defect:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase and clear photo evidence of the defect may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size, colour, or style selection

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, washing, or handling after delivery

Refunds

Once a defective return is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

To report a defective item, please contact us at shop@semra.ie with your order number and a description (and photos, if requested) of the defect.
